We plan to set up a test plant for an LNG cryogenic tank; which design firm can carry out the relevant design work?
The Xi’an Institute, which is involved in the West-to-East Gas Pipeline project, is definitely capable of handling it.

I’m not very familiar with a design institute affiliated with CNPC Petrochemical Engineering Company in Xi’an; it might be called CNPC Xi’an Design Institute. Not very big. You might as well give them a call and see. It’s probably independently accounted for and listed under a certain name. They are almost all engaged in oilfield projects. It’s recommended to give it a try.
