In common process flow diagrams, the diameter of the sampling pipeline is usually DN25, with two stop valves or ball valves installed directly on it. I would like to ask if this setting makes sampling convenient? It is said that on-site sampling is usually done using a DN10 sampling tube. Does a needle valve, which is chosen as the sampling valve, need to be purchased separately?
Our sampling port is a ball valve with an external diameter of 10; the valve is kept slightly open. For gaseous samples and liquid samples, a loop is established at the pump’s inlet and outlet, and sampling is controlled using a three-way needle valve
There are 4 key points to consider: 1. Sampling of high-temperature gases; 2. Sampling of low-temperature liquids ; 3. How to ensure the safety of sampling personnel without affecting environmental protection ; 4. Simple and practical design
If this medium is not special and non-toxic, it can be handled in this way. If it is toxic and cannot be released into the atmosphere or similar, special measures are required.
Environmental protection can employ circular sampling:)
