The company is upgrading its hydrochloric acid storage tanks to increase their capacity; therefore, two new hydrochloric acid storage tanks are being designed. I worked in production management for a year after graduating from school, and I don’t know where to start with design I hope someone with more experience can give me some advice. Thank you!
Entrust the manufacturing factory to handle both the design and production! There’s really no need to design it yourself!
I agree with what was said above – it’s more reliable to let professionals handle professional tasks, rather than trying to design it ourselves.
Find a manufacturer with qualifications in container design, and just clarify the process requirements for them
Find an experienced manufacturing company, tell them the process parameters and your modification plans, and the manufacturing company will design something for you based on these details
It is recommended to follow these steps: 1. Determine the process parameters. 2. Decide on the material to be used for the hydrochloric acid storage tank (fiberglass? Plastic-lined carbon steel? Plastic? ) 3. Perform calculations and design in accordance with the design specifications for storage tanks. 4. If that’s not possible, find a manufacturer with qualifications in container design to help you with it.
Thank you! The manager asked me to design it myself! :'(
Using fiberglass is safer, provided that an ultraviolet-resistant resin is applied to the outer layer~~~~~~~~~
