What does this control in the diagram mean? Could you explain it in detail? Thank you
FPV: flow connection valve; PIC: pressure indication and control; FY: this is used for flow calculation; FIQ: flow indication. The relationship is that FY calculates FIQ using PIC and FPV
FPV and flow meters are used to regulate flow; so what is the relationship between pressure interlocks and flow?
The arrow direction on the signal wire of the flow control valve is reversed. The role of the pressure PIC here is to perform pressure compensation calculations for the flow meter; pressure control is handled by a separate circuit (the dashed line on the far right in the diagram). The opening degree of the control valve is adjusted using the compensated flow rate, with accumulation being performed.
There’s no contradiction; it shouldn’t be what you mean
What signals from the flow control valve can be fed into the flow transmitter? The output of a control valve is nothing more than valve position feedback; it makes no sense to feed this into a flow meter, right?
The pressure transmitter controls the flow rate based on the function f(x), and the flow rate is accumulated
Pressure interlock controls the pressure of the medium; therefore, to calculate the flow rate, the pressure is necessary
Measure the flow rate of gases at room temperature, and adjust the flow value with pressure compensation.
The dashed arrow on the FPV is reversed; it should point towards the FPV. PIC stands for pressure indication and control. The FP in FPV is a bit confusing; I’m not sure what it refers to regarding flow control Is it stress again? Is it still traffic pressure? It is presumed that it is to control the flow rate, so the parameter to be controlled must be the flow rate F. Measure the flow rate and pressure, then, after passing through FY, perform pressure compensation according to the f(x) function relationship. To obtain the flow rate under standard conditions, temperature compensation is also required, unless the medium remains at room temperature. FIQ represents the instantaneous flow rate, which is then accumulated.
The meaning expressed by this diagram is unclear.
