For vertical storage tanks smaller than 1003, should feeding be done from the bottom or from the top of the tank?
What kind of material is being used, and does it generate static electricity during flow?
It is recommended to feed from the top of the tank, but the feed pipe should extend all the way to 200 mm below the bottom of the tank.
It depends on the type of medium; whether static electricity is generated during high-speed discharge is what’s really important
According to the standards, Class C liquids can be fed from the top, but they need to be inserted from the bottom. If we follow these standards in actual production, it is not conducive to the first-in-first-out principle; as a result, older materials may remain, which can affect the quality of the products.
