The disadvantages of two companies sharing one fire station

The company has currently launched two new projects, located symmetrically on either side of the road; one is a wholly-owned subsidiary, while the other is a joint venture with another party. The wholly-owned subsidiary is building a new fire station and laying pipelines to the joint venture site on the opposite side. This design helps to reduce initial investment costs, but it remains to be seen whether the subsidiary will be able to pass the fire safety inspections Are there any disadvantages to this design as well? Let’s discuss it and share our opinions.
The ability to meet both of these at the same time is required

There are no drawbacks. The agreement signed at the time specified that both personnel and materials, as well as equipment, would be provided by my company. Of course, now it’s become another company: lol, that company was merged.
