I would like to ask everyone for advice regarding issues with gas pipeline venting; the pressure is around 4 MPa. 1. Under what circumstances can natural gas pipeline venting operations be combined? 2. Can the natural gas vent pipeline be buried before entering the vent tower?
Regarding gas pipeline venting 1, gas pipeline vents are usually installed separately for high-pressure and low-pressure systems, but can be combined at the vent tower. 2. It’s fine for the natural gas vent pipeline to be buried before entering the vent tower.
Pipelines of the same pressure rating are combined, but sometimes in engineering projects, vent pipes with different pressures are also brought together; generally, no safety accidents occur during venting (though this does not mean such accidents are impossible). It can be buried before entering the vent tower.
Thank you all. One more question: if the vent pipe is buried underground, is it necessary to use a water seal or something similar to prevent rainwater from entering the vent pipe through the top of the vent tower?
May gas pipelines of different pressure grades be vented simultaneously?
