The application involves a 50-cubic-meter reaction tank, and I want to conduct online measurements in order to enable control. The material contains a high amount of solid particles, with a viscosity of 60CP; the pH meters that have been tried so far have probes that are severely worn out. I would be extremely grateful if you could recommend any good manufacturers.

I’ve tried products from various major company brands – TLD/EMERSON/HACH/ABB, none of them work. My operating conditions are similar to yours; I use them in a wet flue gas desulfurization overflow tank, where the temperature is 75 degrees and there’s a lot of particulate matter. The domestic products I’m using now last half a year, and they have temperature and pressure compensation features.
