Is there any difference between the welding processes for PPH equipment and PP equipment? Why can PP equipment be welded on-site, while PPH equipment must be manufactured in the factory through one-time molding? It seems to me that the heating temperatures for both are similar; since it’s thermal welding, can’t it be done on-site as well?
PPH* generally refers to homopolypropylene with beta nucleators, and its properties differ to some extent from those of ordinary PP. What type of polypropylene are you referring to? What are the specific details?
It’s mainly related to the welding process; the PPH manufacturers say that welding cannot be done on-site, while for ordinary PP, welding can be carried out on-site. I’d like to know why
