I am currently working on a project to recover HCL from flue gas in order to produce high-concentration hydrochloric acid (25% wt). The specific conditions of the flue gas are as follows: a process involving quenching followed by two stages of absorption is required. If any of you have experience in this area, I would be grateful for your assistance, subject to appropriate compensation. The main contents include a material balance sheet and equipment process data sheets (for absorption towers, the selection of packing material along with the relevant calculation documents must be provided).
