Does a horizontal methanol storage tank require a nitrogen seal?

Dear teachers: Is it necessary to install a nitrogen seal for horizontal methanol storage tanks? Which standard requires it?
At the very least, spray cooling or shading should be installed.
How can the gas phase pressure be balanced in the absence of a nitrogen seal? Especially when discharging from the storage tank, suction is required; but with no nitrogen seal, what can be drawn in for suction? If air is drawn in, an explosive mixture will form in the gas phase space of the storage tank
Use a flame arrestor vent valve; for specific details, refer to clause 5.1.9 of SH/T3007
