Can Class A tank areas be enclosed?

Request for assistance: The tank area is classified as Category A; the capacity of each storage tank does not exceed 50 m3, with a minimum capacity of 10 m3. According to the project requirements, it is desired to enclose this tank area – is it possible to do so? And what about addressing issues such as fire safety?
It can be sealed in any way, but access paths for inspections and maintenance must be reserved. As for fire protection, fire-fighting facilities (fire hydrants and fire extinguishers) are installed along the tank area, along with fire lanes.
It can be sealed! Reserve fire-fighting facilities and passages!
A closed facility is a Type A warehouse; the requirements regarding fire compartments, area, building fire resistance rating, fire protection systems, ventilation, heating, etc., are much more complex than those for outdoor areas. Technically, there are no issues, but the costs will be high. When it comes to fire compartments and area, can some of the tanks be moved? It’s not necessarily feasible.
