Higher sealing technology standards are adopted: no oil leakage for three years; the spindle is manufactured using the TS process, with a surface roughness of 0.2 and a surface hardness greater than HV600. For spindles treated using the TS process, oil storage grids are formed at the microscopic level on the surface, which helps reduce the friction coefficient and enhances the performance of dynamic sealing. 4. Enhanced monitoring capabilities are available: external infrared temperature monitors are used, and signal feedback can be integrated into a centralized control system for temperature monitoring, allowing early detection of any signs of overload
