Static electricity issues with fluorinated lining pipes and equipment

Fluorinated pipeline equipment generally uses bonding wires to eliminate static electricity, but I believe static electricity is generated on the inner wall, and since fluoroplastic materials are insulating, it’s uncertain how effective bonding at the outer metal layer can be. Are there any fluoroplastic materials that can conduct electricity?
Some auxiliary materials can be added during the manufacturing process. However, there are also negative aspects, such as increased costs, a possible decline in corrosion resistance, and the presence of other potential problems.
