Questions regarding the on-site temperature and pressure gauges

Hello everyone. The automation level in our factory is quite low; centralized control is basically not necessary. To make it easier to monitor the temperature of the reaction vessels, digital displays with remote transmission are used – but they seem to be expensive. We could also use bimetallic switches, but since the operators are older, it’s not convenient for them to read those displays. I would like to ask those who work in the oil industry: is there any kind of digital display that doesn’t require remote transmission or wiring? It’s best to use a battery-powered one. . . I have seen digital pressure gauges in the field, but not temperature gauges yet; maybe it’s because I haven’t been to many sites.
