Problems with WinCC cards

Hello everyone, I have a question for you: I’m currently using WinCC V7.2, and it tends to lag sometimes. Specific phenomenon: After switching the screen, the color of the pipeline on the current screen is incorrect (not matching the actual color) for a few seconds; there are no alarm records, the displayed values are abnormal, and the mouse keeps spinning in circles. It takes a few seconds to return to normal, but it becomes more and more sluggish with use; the only solution is to restart the computer, which has to be done from time to time. I hope everyone can offer some guidance to solve this problem
There is a possibility of a virus infection; use Windows Explorer to see which process is using too many resources. Are the historical archive files also stored on Drive C?
When possible, there are many unnecessary I/O points in WinCC that consume resources; furthermore, there may be interference in the network connecting the field PLC to WinCC. It might be better to delete the unnecessary points.
