The control cabinet has protective grounding and working grounding, which are two separate copper bars that ultimately converge at the main grounding bar. If it’s going to be summarized, why keep it separate in the cabinet?
They definitely need to be separated; it’s safe as long as the resistance of the combined grounding bar is no more than 4 ohms. That’s how I understand it

As the saying goes, in matters of the world, after a long period of separation, unity will eventually be restored; and after a long period of unity, separation will follow. We only have one Earth – why divide it? If there is no distinction, isn’t that just equalitarianism? There will always be slackers who drag everyone down with them. In this way, each follows its own path, yet ultimately they all converge back to one. Donor, do you understand?
In theory, grounding aims to make the grounding point equal to the electrical potential of the earth (zero potential). However, due to line resistance and the resistance present in the grounding system, the grounding point cannot be exactly at zero potential; hence the concept of equipotentiality comes into play. In other words, the reference point is not necessarily at zero potential with respect to the earth, but it is used as a reference. The potential of this reference point may rise due to current leakage, and since all points are connected to this reference point, the potential of all such points rises as well. Based on this principle, grounding is divided into working grounding and protective grounding, with both being connected together at one point.
