Can’t change parameters with the handheld controller?

I’m using a 475 manual operator, and I can’t change the parameters. When the operator is connected, the parameters can be modified; but once the operator is disconnected, the transmitter’s parameters return to their original values. I wonder if anyone knows what the reason for this is and how to fix it
475 The modified parameters will turn yellow, and an asterisk will appear in front of the entire line. At this point only some of the parameters have been modified; it is necessary to send the changes and save them, by clicking the send button. Once the modifications are made and saved, the yellow color and the asterisk will disappear. I guess you didn’t operate it correctly; if it’s write-protected, it simply can’t be modified
There are several possible reasons: first, it might be that you didn’t perform the SEND operation; second, the instrument could have settings such as write protection; third, it’s possible that your handheld device is not compatible with the instrument, for example, because its DD version is not up to date. The final possibility is on-site interference or a fault with the controller/instruments.
