The resistance of the grounding connection means that the resistance from the grounding busbar to the grounding electrode must be no more than 1 ohm! So if the grounding connection resistance is greater than 1 ohm, check whether the connection from the busbar to the ground electrode is reliable. Regarding the ground resistance of the grounding electrode, what is measured is the power-frequency ground resistance, which is different from the measurement method mentioned above.
