For process control only; no calibration required
Generally, manufacturers carry out actual flow calibration before shipping the products; it’s not clear whether this requirement applies when placing an order. If it isn’t specified, one can ask the manufacturer whether such calibration has already been done. For flow meters used for control purposes, the manufacturer’s calibration results can be used directly.
We usually use water marks to indicate it, and find a container to measure the amount of water.
If trade settlement is required, then the measurement department needs to carry out calibration; otherwise it’s unnecessary, and generally there are no suitable equipment available for such calibration
