Our factory has recently reduced production, but the amount of excess ammonia water in Phase 1 has suddenly increased, and the flow of ammonia water at the ammonia vaporization unit has not decreased either. In the second phase, there has been a reduction; the circulating ammonia is almost running out... The coal blending ratio hasn’t changed either... What could be the reason for this? ? It is currently suspected that there is a leak in the water pipes of the primary cooler... Are there any other possible causes? ? I hope those who have similar experiences can let me know……
What is the relationship between phase one and phase two? Has phase 2 moved to phase 1?
There was a problem with Phase 1; the coal blending and production reduction were the same as in Phases 1 and 2. Why was there more in Phase 1 while Phase 2 didn’t have enough? Is there a problem with the primary cooling?
Check the primary cooler; there is an internal leak, so it can’t be used anymore
