Material balance in the gasifier

I have been studying the material balance in gasification recently. After the reactions take place inside the gasifier, these reactions are very complex, and I’m not sure how to calculate the composition of the gases. Has anyone done this calculation before? Are they all calculated using simulation software? Or how?
Generally, theoretical data is obtained through software simulation calculations, and then corrected using trial firing data. It should be possible to simulate using ASPEN or PROII

It can be calculated manually, but simulation software is better. The manual calculation process involves solving a system of linear equations using sequences, but certain conditions require assumptions or reliance on empirical knowledge; for the specific calculation procedures, one can refer to the monographs on gasification written by Professor He Yongde or Professor Wang Fuchen. Both of these books are available on the forum. If there are other difficulties, they can be discussed
