For the new coke oven gas pipelines in our company, the delivery routes are long and there are numerous drain lines; one of them needs to be cleaned of waste substances on a daily basis, which is quite troublesome. Is it possible to install an automatic waste removal system? It ensures safety while reducing labor costs.
It is relatively safer if this person is arranged on-site. If it is to be remotely controlled, some security issues need to be taken into consideration (if it will be installed in one place for an extended period, cameras and alarms can be used).
Can a safety water seal be created to solve this problem? So, are there any other issues worth noting? Please discuss it.
