For applications involving the cooling of gas streams with high temperatures and containing tar and asphalt, as well as the pre-separation of solid and liquid contaminants, what type of equipment can be used to achieve satisfactory results in terms of cooling, separation, and minimizing blockages while also reducing long-term operating and maintenance costs? For example, the devices for producing carbon molecular sieves from tar pitch face such severe operational challenges. Please discuss based on your own experience with equipment operation.

There are several sets of facilities in China that use high-temperature and medium-temperature tar as raw materials to produce carbon molecular sieves. The high-boiling polycarbon solvent substances in tar need to be completely removed as much as possible under high vacuum and high temperature conditions. However, vacuum pumping systems either have high temperatures or contain low-molecular-weight paraffins and liquid mixed hydrocarbon oils, which pose a severe challenge to the stable and continuous operation of cooling heat exchange equipment, vacuum equipment, separation equipment, and similar systems.
In fact, the cooling and purification of high-temperature, dusty, and tar-containing furnace gas as well as raw gas generated by low-rank coal upgrading units and coking units also face similar problems. Some owners of low-grade coal upgrading and moving-bed gasification plants, faced with the aforementioned challenging issues, came to us in groups to seek technical improvements and solutions.

I recommended three improvement solutions to our clients: the G58 type umbrella-shaped swirl vane separator, the G50 type horizontal cooling + separation \"two-in-one\" integrated special combiner, and the G54A type axial-flow multi-factor swirl parent-child separator. I would like to ask if anyone has any better technical equipment that could be recommended for use in the conditions described in this post, with a focus on long operational cycles, low operating and maintenance costs, as well as effective cooling and separation capabilities
