What is the current operating status of the third-generation Tsinghua furnaces?

The third generation of Tsinghua furnaces have been in operation for over a year now – what is their actual performance like? What is the design capacity of the facility, and what is its current actual operating load? Is it feasible and advantageous to transform the original system (water-coal slurry + refractory bricks + quenching process) into a third-generation Tsinghua furnace?
The Tsinghua furnace replaced the original combination of water-coal slurry + refractory bricks + quenching chamber with a combination of water-coal slurry + water-cooled walls + quenching chamber; this was the version of the Tsinghua furnace in its initial stage, and it was successfully demonstrated in Fengxi, Linyi, Shanxi. Later, this technology evolved into the current Jinhua furnace. Currently, the new Tsinghua furnace has been successfully demonstrated in Fengxi, Linyi, Shanxi, using a process that involves water-coal slurry + water-cooled walls + radiant waste boilers. That’s all I know for sure; this is as far as I can help.

The Jinhua furnace operated by Fengxi in Linyi, Shanxi, has been in use for over a year. It is reported to be functioning well, with no issues such as radiation, wear of the furnace components, or slag formation. Currently, projects such as those in Nanyao, Shanxi, Jindadi, Henan, and Zhongxiang Jinying, Hubei have been established, and there are reportedly also projects in North Korea as well; the development momentum is quite good!
