During the thermal adjustment of a certain coking plant, certain issues were found with the horizontal arrangement curves. For example, the temperature in the middle flame channel of combustion chamber #118 shows a significant drop, while the temperatures in the adjacent combustion chambers #117 and #119 remain relatively normal; as a result, it is not possible to carry out any reduction in temperature. Because one downregulated hole corresponds to two gas inflow rates for the burners: one normal and the other significantly lower. Could there be a problem with the ramp area? It appears that the temperature of the burners in row 118 is relatively low; it is possible to replace the orifice plates in those burners, or to increase the size of the small orifice plates in all the burners in row 118 (except for those in the burner head) in order to increase the amount of gas supplied.
Is it burned furnace gas or blast furnace gas? Based on the description, it seems to be blast furnace gas. Is it caused by an insufficient amount of gas? One can first check the excess coefficient of the vertical flue to determine the cause
