\"2017 Work Summary: HaiChuan Moderator\" Time flies by; in the blink of an eye, it has been almost a year since I joined the HaiChuan management team. As the end of the year approaches, various company evaluation processes have begun. Coincidentally, HaiChuan Network’s \"My Summary, Shared with You\" campaign has started, so I thought this was a good opportunity to provide a brief summary of my experiences at HaiChuan over the past year, as a reminder for myself as well. I registered as a member of Haichuan Network on December 6, 2010. I remember that at the time I was a newcomer to the petroleum refining industry, and in order to improve my professional skills, I spent a lot of time reading posts in the catalysis section of the petrochemical forum, while also asking some simple questions. Additionally, in order to raise my membership level, I diligently used my phone to log in every day in order to earn points for level upgrades. In January this year, I was recommended by Boss B0SS to join the Petrochemical Zone management team. Under the leadership of Boss Long, I gradually grew from a moderator to the current deputy super moderator of the Coal Chemical Zone. Here, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to these two bosses for the help and support they have provided me over the past year, which has enabled me to grow step by step. Without further ado, let’s get straight to the point and start with the summary:

When it comes to management data, I must acknowledge one person in particular: Liuquan1100, the current Deputy Super Moderator of the Petrochemical Area. His monthly management volume is always over 6,000, which perfectly demonstrates what it means to treat the forum as one’s home. He sets a great example for our management team. II. Active organization of various activities: 1. A special promotional campaign for International Women’s Day as part of the “Creative Ideas for Energy Savings in the petrochemical industry” initiative (View 4257, reply 47). 2. An activity to share pictures of chemical processing equipment (View 2645, reply 175). 3. A special May Day event on Haichuan Network titled “Remembering the Glorious Moments” (View 2131, reply 26). 4. The second installment of the “Creative Ideas” campaign – promotional post (View 6458, reply 45). III. Honors obtained within one year: 1. Third place in the first installment of the “Creative Ideas” campaign. 2. Winner of the second round of the “Creative Ideas” competition. 3. Third place in the May Day Labor Day special event “Remembering·Honorable Moments”. 4. Second place among star-rated managers in the petrochemical area, chemical injection area, and main workplace area. 5. First place in the 2017 Coal Chemicals “My Technical Transformation” competition. 6. First prize in the Haixin Chemical Cup and Haichuan Chemical Spring Competition. 7. The highest number of high-quality posts is in July. IV. Actively responding to Hai Chuan’s call to create e-books: 1. Lecture on basic knowledge of pressure vessels. 2. Basic knowledge of catalytic reforming units. 3. Basic knowledge of petroleum refining units. 4. Lecture on the basics of reciprocating compressors and condensing turbines + centrifugal compressors. 5. Chemical processing equipment and pipelines. 6. Lecture on centrifugal pump knowledge. 7. Corrosion and protection of petrochemical plants. 8. Compilation of new ideas for energy conservation in petrochemical plants. 9. 100 Images of Safety Hazards. 10. Communication with the moderators of various sections within the district needs to be improved. The responsibilities of a moderator and those of an admin are different; a moderator is only responsible for managing their own section, while an admin must manage all sections and also work actively to promote the development of the district. The development of the district cannot be driven by just one person – it requires the joint efforts of all administrators. I myself do not communicate much with the moderators, which may be due to my tendency not to be good at interacting with others. I hope that the moderators in the Coal Chemistry section can be understanding, and that they will reach out to me proactively if they have any issues or want to discuss something. 2. My innovative thinking needs improvement. As a deputy editor who has only recently been assigned to the coal chemistry department, I am very eager to see this department thrive under my leadership. However, I struggle because my mind isn’t flexible enough to come up with good solutions. 3. The time available each day for working on Haichuan is limited, so it’s not possible to dedicate more time to managing the forum. Especially since September this year, due to a change in my job, the time I can spend on Haichuan every day has decreased significantly compared to before.
