How can the gas inlet valve of an electrostatic tar collector be replaced and repaired without shutting down production? Thank you all for your valuable advice!
Insert a large air bag into the release port in front of the valve, then inflate it to seal the inlet valve, and check for any leaks. If there are no gas leaks, inspect the valve; determine whether it can be replaced, or consider adding another valve behind it. (This is a personal opinion)

Use a bypass and spend money to hire someone to carry out the work under pressure
