The quench car’s gate crane retracts automatically when it reaches the front limit; after inspection, there are no issues with the mechanical or electrical components. Could someone please explain what’s going on?
Please be more specific – is it when picking up the door or when facing the door? Does it automatically retreat once the front limit light comes on? ? How much to refund? ?
Reply to 2# *ao*aozi: When manually moving towards the target, it automatically reverses once it reaches the front limit; the front limit light comes on, and it keeps moving back until it reaches the rear limit. Later, upon pressing it briefly and then releasing it, it reverses again
Check the hydraulic cylinder for any issues, such as scratches on the piston rings, seals, and cylinder body
