Dear colleagues:,) The company’s 3 million tons per year coking project, with its first phase covering 1.5 million tons per year, is about to reach completion:lol. We are now starting to set up a testing center. I would like to ask everyone for any good suggestions or ideas regarding the construction of this center.:D We’re still not sure whether it’s necessary to have a coal rock analysis system in place:(. How should the overall ventilation system for the laboratory be designed? ? Once full production is achieved in the future, it is uncertain whether one center will be able to meet all the requirements (only coking and chemical production). If the coal resources are relatively fixed, there’s no need to use coal-rock or small coke ovens; but when relying on coal from various sources, things become more complicated. The ventilation can be handled by installing a set of exhaust systems in the same building, but the key lies in your management system, and that’s what’s most challenging.
The coal rock should be added. 2-3 floors are sufficient to accommodate all testing procedures.
Coal rocks are now a common resource; in addition to being used for testing coal upon its arrival at the plant, they can also be utilized to develop various coal blending techniques. Moreover, their cost is not too high, so they should be adopted.
