The project employs clean production processes; the relevant technology involves using lignite coke exhaust as raw material for 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, which is then thoroughly purified and mixed with semi-water gas produced through gas generation ； Gas production is carried out using a Ruchi furnace, full-low-temperature shift reaction, pressure swing adsorption for carbon removal, alcohol-hydrocarbon synthesis for syngas purification, and an improved aqueous solution full-circulation method for urea production; DCS computer-based process control is employed to achieve energy savings and emission reduction.
