Dear experts and colleagues, what are the typical components and concentrations in the exhaust gases from low-temperature methanol washing?
It’s mainly carbon dioxide; carbon dioxide accounts for over 70 percent.
By exhaust gas, does the poster mean the exhaust gas from the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower or the exhaust gas after being washed in the exhaust gas washing tower?
The majority of components in the exhaust gas is carbon dioxide, accounting for over 70% of the total volume; secondly, nitrogen makes up more than 20% (as nitrogen is used to strip carbon dioxide from hydrogen sulfide and methanol, thereby concentrating hydrogen sulfide)……

It’s mainly carbon dioxide and nitrogen; (there is still a lot of carbon dioxide in the acid gas used for desulfurization), not to mention in the exhaust gases. Nitrogen is the nitrogen used for gas lift. :)
The main components are N2 and CO2, with small amounts of H2S and methanol
