What are the application prospects of methanol washing technology? Who are the experts in China who can achieve perfect simulation?
At present, low-temperature methanol washing is the purification process chosen for most large and medium-sized coal chemical plants. What do you think are the prospects for this approach? !
I would like some guidance regarding the calculation of water content in the system. The lean methanol drawn from the reboiler of tower T04 is divided into two streams after passing through a filter; one of these streams mixes with another stream of lean methanol coming from tower T04； The other stream goes to Tower T05 as the reflux liquid for the methanol-water separation tower. When I have a question: When using proii for simulation, what method is used to calculate the flow rate of that methanol-poor stream that serves as the reflux stream for tower T05, which functions as a methanol-water separation tower? I understand that this is a problem related to the balance of water – specifically, the balance between how much water is removed by exhaust gases, CO2, purified gas, etc., and how much water enters the system. However, I’m not sure which streams are related to which other streams. I would appreciate your help. Thank you
