What is the approximate effective gas consumption per ton of methanol?
Is it a monolcohol process or a dialcohol process? Is it semi-water gas or coke oven gas? The landlord needs to make things clear.

Actually, using theoretical values for the calculation is sufficient; the emission levels should be very low, and the hydrocarbon ratio can be adjusted effectively in advance

Consumption depends on the overall carbon conversion rate; a higher conversion rate means less consumption.
The theoretical value is at least 2100, but the data provided for methanol show values around 2000, slightly higher by a few dozen units, which is why there is this doubt
Our unit’s catalyst is getting old; the gas consumption for producing pure alcohol is 2300. I’m not sure what will happen after the catalyst is replaced.
