In 2017, taking into account the complex macroeconomic conditions at home and abroad as well as the special trends of capacity reduction and structural adjustment in the energy sector, efforts will be made to coordinate the operations of various business areas such as coal chemistry, natural gas, coal, and petroleum. At present, the project’s \"Water Resources Assessment Report\", \"Energy Conservation Evaluation Report\", and \"Soil and Water Conservation Plan Report\" have received approval. The project has been completed, including the construction of a tail reservoir to supply water to the residential area (which encompasses the reservoir, pump station, 23 kilometers of water pipelines, etc.) ； Living area (including: eight dormitory buildings, one cafeteria, one water treatment plant, one boiler room, one box-type substation, underground utility networks, etc.) ； 4.1-kilometer steam pipeline project from boiler room to chemical machinery plant ； Chemical and mechanical plant (including LNG vaporization station, 4-kilometer natural gas pipeline, etc.) and 35KV temporary substation (including power supply lines, etc.). The Xinjiang Guanghui coal-to-natural gas project is located in the Kamsite Industrial Park, Fuyun County, Altay Region, Xinjiang. With a total investment of around 25 billion yuan, it aims to build a facility capable of producing 4 billion Nm3 of coal-to-natural gas per year. On September 22, 2013, the National Development and Reform Commission, through its “Reply on Approving the Preparatory Work for the Xinjiang Junggar Coal-to-Gas Demonstration Project” (Document No. FGWB-NY [2013] 2309), gave approval for the preparatory work related to this project to proceed.
