The overall content of C4 compounds is acceptable; it’s not high. With this ratio of C4 compounds, the yields of ethylene and propylene should be quite high

We basically did something similar before: adjusted the inventory based on the temperature of the rare components, adjusted the reaction temperature, controlled the carbon content with the catalyst, and tried out different circulation rates.
The carbon tetrahydrocarbon content in our reactant gas is around 12–14%, and this directly affects the yield of dienes. Therefore, reducing the carbon tetrahydrocarbon content is an important operational parameter for the reaction system. In addition to adjusting the feed rate based on the temperature, as well as the reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, and circulation volume, it is also necessary to collect data; each operating condition has different parameters, and adjustments should be made based on the actual load conditions
Carbon 4 is roughly around 6%, with reaction temperature and carbon fixation during regeneration having a significant impact
Is the reaction temperature too low? If the reaction temperature is too high, the light component methane will increase.
