Is a temporary circulating cooling water system used during the individual testing of the MTO main fan, that is, by separating the circulation water network and using a small circulation system to supply cooling water for the motor and lubricating oil?
We don’t; there’s no need to separate the circulating water system. Are you conducting a single-unit test run of the main fan before introducing the circulating water into the system?
If you can solve the problem of removing heat, then you can insulate it however you want!
Why separate the circulating water network and create a small separate circulation system? A small circulation can be used as long as the temperature of your motor and lubricating oil remains low.
Personally, I don’t think it’s necessary to keep them separated anymore; they will eventually need to be put into use. Wouldn’t it be good to check at the same time whether there are any problems with the circulating water system?
