The discharge rotary valve for polypropylene powder always experiences poor discharge – is there any good solution? Spin valves tend to stick to materials……
Under normal conditions, the rotary valve should not stick to the material; if the material is too sticky, it is necessary to eliminate this sticking first, otherwise other areas are also likely to get clogged. If the sticking is caused by high operating temperatures in front of the rotary valve, make appropriate adjustments.
Is it a product with too high an MFR?~ Or determine whether it is an exhaust chamber or a purification chamber~ If it is a purification chamber, it could also be caused by a pressure difference~
