I would like to ask everyone: 1. When ammonia is burned in an acidic gas combustion furnace and a castable is used for the lining, what is the typical thickness of such a lining? 2. Is heat treatment necessary for the waste heat boiler located after the acidic gas combustion furnace? Could failure to perform heat treatment lead to cracking and leakage of the tube sheet?
The pouring material on our side is 10 centimeters thick. The waste heat boiler must undergo heat treatment before it is put into operation; otherwise, when acidic gases are introduced, the high-temperature gas streams resulting from the reactions will exert an instantaneous impact on the tube sheet of the waste heat boiler.
