Regarding chain logic

Reciprocating compressors are equipped with shut-off valves at both the inlet and outlet; these valves close automatically when the compressor is shut down. Before starting up, we usually bypass this interlock logic and then reset it, which causes the inlet and outlet valves to open. What I want to ask is, if I don’t use the bypass first and instead reset it directly, will the shut-off valves at the inlet and outlet of the compressor not be able to open?
If the interlock condition is triggered, it cannot be reset without bypassing it
No detours; driving conditions are not suitable, so driving is not possible.
Setting the control knob of the cut-off valve to local control should allow it to be opened.
It depends on your interlock logic diagram and the conditions that trigger the closing of the inlet and outlet valves.
It should be like this: the chain doesn’t bypass anything, so it can’t return to its original position
