Methanol-to-hydrogen water-alcohol ratio issue

Dear sea friends, what is the water-to-alcohol ratio that you maintain in your methanol-to-hydrogen production units? Is the hydrogen production pressure stable?
We control the water-alcohol ratio at 1.7 in our device
The ratio of water to methanol, measured at the outlet of the feed liquid pump, is generally adjusted according to the load of the plant; it usually does not exceed 50% (by mass concentration). At low loads, the concentration should be lower (to reduce energy consumption), while at high loads it can be higher (above 40%). Catalyst activity also needs to be considered; its activity decreases after long-term use, so the concentration should not be set too high, and the load on the device should be reduced accordingly.
Previously, the ratio used was 1 to 1.6
The theoretical water-to-alcohol ratio is 55:45, but in practice the amount of water is used, with the alcohol content kept between 30–40% and the water content between 70–60%
Different systems have different requirements; it should be 2:1
Our ratio is 2.5 to 1 in terms of moles
What kind of water is used for hydrogen production from methanol? Demineralized water or soft water will suffice.
