Which points are generally considered as the high-pressure to low-pressure junctions in hydrogenation?
High-temperature high-score strings with low-temperature high-score strings, low-temperature high-score strings with low-temperature low-score strings, and cyclic hydrogen desulfurization towers in series with regeneration towers
Addition: From the low-pressure section to the fractionation section, liquid is removed from the booster pump’s liquid separation tank, and also from the liquid separation tank at the inlet of the circulation pump

There was once a malfunction in the liquid level control of the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower, which resulted in an empty tower; circulating hydrogen then rushed into the rich liquid flash tank. Fortunately, only the tank’s safety valve activated, but it was still a very frightening experience.

The liquid drainage from the hydrogen inlet separator tank is directed to the flare line; generally, there’s no concern regarding pressure cross-over. No problems have occurred in that area over the years. A dedicated person is responsible for shutting off the water supply, and the operation takes less than 3 minutes each time – the manual valve is closed once the task is completed. This approach is relatively safer~~~~

Our design involves diverting the liquid from the liquid separation tank in front of the desulfurization tower to the low-pressure system, and sending the liquid from the liquid separation tank at the compressor inlet to the waste amine tank. The waste amine tank is connected to the low-pressure system; the pipes used are relatively small, with a diameter of around DN25. If the liquid diversion is not proper or if there are issues with the system, it is very likely that high pressure will be transmitted to the low-pressure system. .
