In cyclic hydrogen desulfurization membrane separation, why is there a concern regarding reverse pressure? What’s the reason?
Is the membrane directional? Sulfur cannot be removed in the reverse direction. Moreover, sulfur remains in the upper part; how can desulfurization be achieved under reverse pressure?
I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to, but we have desulfurization fiber membranes here; if they get clogged, steam backwashing can be used to clear them. Is that a desulfurization tower? I’m worried that the distribution panel at the top or the demister might be affected negatively
