There should be one; there’s no distinction between different types of units for the heat exchanger bypass lines, right? The secondary line is for preventing freezing and regulating temperature
The heat exchanger bypass is generally provided to facilitate the maintenance of the heat exchanger.
Our heat exchangers for raw materials are equipped with bypasses, but no inlet or outlet valves are provided; the purpose of these bypasses is to regulate the temperature of the incoming raw material. All the heat exchangers used for processing products do not have bypasses or shut-off valves. No issues that required shutdowns occurred during operation; however, several reboilers had internal leaks, which necessitated frequent shutdowns, so shut-off valves were installed on them
Do all the heat exchangers in the hydrogen production plant lack bypass lines? ?
