Sometimes, it is easy for oils with different specifications to become contaminated when using the same pump or the same pipeline; how should this be addressed?
We encounter this situation often; the only solution is to replace the pipeline! One method is line sweeping and clearing the pipelines, as well as using oil with lower quality requirements and replacing it with high-quality oil! The main operation is, for example, when the oil in the pipeline is of low quality, to use oil with higher quality requirements to displace it and replace it with oil that meets lower quality standards! If high-quality oil is required in the pipeline, replacement is not necessary if possible; if replacement is indeed needed, lower-quality oil can be used to replace the higher-quality oil, but it is essential to control the amount of oil used and to handle the mixture properly! If replacement is required frequently, I recommend designating a specific oil tank as the non-conforming tank for use in top-line operations!
