Oil unloading tank heating coil

Is it necessary to install a heating coil in the oil discharge tank? Our company didn’t have it before, and now we want to add it. Are there any good solutions? It’s not safe to use fire.
As for whether it is necessary, it depends on the composition of the oil. If it can flow, it might be a little better. But if internal heating coils are to be added, it seems rather difficult to do so without welding? Unless the tank is relatively small, an external coil can be considered.
Whether to add coils depends on the quality of your oil and its ability to be transported effectively. I think you’re referring to the oil discharge tank. Our oil discharge tank has a cover on top; if adding something, one can first prepare the coiled tube and then open the cover to add it in.
