Is it necessary to have a pump room for the pumps used with base oil, slurry oil, and aromatic oil?

This post was last edited by lijianhuai on 2012-7-2 19:58. Are pump rooms necessary for the pumps used in base oils, slurry oils, and aromatic oils? What is the basis? Which ones need to be set up and which ones don’t?
The settings for the pump house are determined based on the local meteorological conditions; refer to SH3014, Design Code for Pump Houses in Oil Tank Farms
