For example, non-skid-mounted hydrogen compressors, air compressors, etc. – since there are many buffer tanks, separators, and heat exchangers involved, such as the first cooling unit, second cooling unit, third cooling unit, etc. – and sometimes the pipelines in between are quite long. In such cases, should these auxiliary facilities be considered part of the main equipment, or should they be treated as separate on-site equipment? Are there any clear regulations to determine the division of responsibilities?
1. Transmission equipment and stationary equipment are managed through their respective device ports. 2. The configuration and orientation of pipelines are managed as part of the process. 3. Instruments, pressure gauges, thermometers, control valves, etc. on the equipment are under the unified management of the Mechanical Department.
What does it mean to have management through device ports? For example, there is a metal flexible connection between Stage 1 Cooling and Stage 2 Cooling – does this belong to equipment or piping? In terms of actual layout, this flexible cable is already 15 meters away from the main unit.
Soft connectors should definitely belong to the pipe accessories; what I mean is, do they fall under the main equipment or are they part of the pipes themselves?
We divide it using the first flange of the equipment as the boundary!
Both transmission equipment and stationary equipment are managed through the equipment interface. The soft connections you mentioned fall under equipment management, while routine maintenance belongs to the field of processes. This is how we make the division.
