For the preparation of electronic bids at Sinopec, how should the policyholder and authorized representative affix their signatures? For the paper version, it’s enough to just stamp it directly, but for the electronic version, you can’t wait until stamping is finished before scanning it. Also, after completion it needs to be signed with a digital signature, which makes it different from the paper version.
