Tank farm layout problem

I’m a newcomer to chemical process engineering, and I have a few questions regarding the layout of tank areas. Could anyone with more experience help me answer them? Thanks a lot! (1) When these gases are in their normal temperature and pressure state, they are considered flammable gases. But when they are liquefied under pressure and stored in horizontal pressure tanks, should their layout in the tank area be planned based on liquefied hydrocarbons or as flammable gases? (2) In the GB160-1992 standard, the spacing between two liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks is specified to be 16 meters. This requirement isn’t mentioned in the 2008 version; so how should the spacing between adjacent tank groups be determined? (3) Article 6.3.1 of GB160-2008 states that liquefied hydrocarbon storage tanks, flammable gas storage tanks, and oxidizing gas storage tanks should be arranged in separate groups. If a tank area contains all three types of tanks at the same time, how should the spacing between them be determined?
I saw on site that the liquefied gas tanks and the light hydrocarbon tanks were only separated by one or two meters; I’m not sure what standard was used for their design.
